I was shown the cars by Dustin Burkhard who was very patient as I took my time looking over the various features and setting up a test drive. Our experience with buying a 2012 Nissan Quest at Jeff Schmitt Nissan was amazing. Our salesman, Matt McIvor, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He even set up the Bluetooth in my new van for my cell phone since I had no clue whatsoever how to use Bluetooth. He was very helpful to me! And best of all, he gave us an amazing deal! He went above and beyond to help us in any way that he possibly could. NOTE: I am giving as many stars as I possibly can for this dealer, but when I preview my entry, it only shows one star. From the time I walked in every one from my sales professional TIM BARKER to the janitor were so unbelievably friendly and welcoming. I had been searching (for a couple months) all over for the perfect Nissan Altima and was able to take a chance and stop in Jeff Schmitt Nissan. Car dealerships always are a bit of a hassle to me, and I'm always quite weary of going in rather than shopping online, but this time was excellent! I was immediately greeted by Jordan Misamore. I told him what I was looking for and some things I currently had in mind, and he showed me a few different Altimas. He did an excellent job of pointing out a few of the great new features I wasn't familiar with, as well as how great of MPG it gets. Also, he made sure I sat in it and tried everything out...I couldn't believe the comfort level! Jordan got me all set up with the exact car I was looking for and Mario did a great job with the financing as well. Overall, a great experience!

I had done a lot of research, so I knew pretty much what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I saw a great internet price on a Mazda3 i-touring at Jeff Schmitt's and called to schedule a test drive. It was ready and waiting. We test drove and liked it. Our salesman, Jesse Tenney couldn't have been anymore knowledgeable and friendly. There was no attempt to add unadvertised junk fees to the internet price. We paid cash, no financing, so I can't speak to that. I LOVE this car. I am averaging 33 mpg overall (skyactive engine) and it is fun to drive. Very well laid out. Would go to this dealer again and I hope service after sale will be as good as our experience so far.
These guys are great! I'm a customer for life.

I just bought a used car from Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet South, and it was a no-hassle experience. I'm very satisfied. Brandon Eckman in Sales worked with me to make sure I had a car that was right for me. I wanted reliable transportation at a fair price, and that's what Brandon found for me. He knew their inventory and showed me cars that would work for me. As a woman, I don't know that much about cars, and Brandon's knowledge and honesty made me trust him. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman Tim Gray listened exactly to what I wanted, and wasted no time trying to talk me into options or vehicles that I didn't want. Not only did he get the exact truck that I wanted, I also got a great price w/ no haggling and bickering. We had already been to other dealers who tried to talk me into trucks on their lots, different from what I wanted, or other options that I really didn't want, but Tim was no pressure, all service, no rush, no wasted time, no playing games - exactly what we needed for buying this truck. I will absolutely buy another vehicle from him at Jeff schmitt chevy in Miamisburg. Our experience was awesome!

I just bought my second pre-owned vehicle in a row from this dealership. The salesman, Jake Tackett, and the staff there (Frank & Travis) were exceptional. The first car that I purchased was a different saleman, but the service made me want to come back for a second time. In my second experience, Jake was great to work with. I had no plans of buying a new car. I was enjoying not having a car payment. I was on my way out of town and after a 45 minute stop at Auto Zone to find out they didn't know what they were doing I decided to stop in at Jeff Schmidt Chevrolet to see if they could put in a new fuse for me so I could use my GPS. Casey was very helpful, put in a new fuse and got me on the road. But not before he could talk to me about my 2006 and the miles, what a good trade in. So when I got back into town I made an appt to come in and test drive a Cruze, later that night I drove my new car home. My only complaint is I spent over 4 hours of my evening there, that is after working a 8 hour day. It was a very long day and then I couldn't enjoy my new car, I drove it home so I could grab dinner and get ready for work the next day. My other complaint is I gave the amount of payment I could afford but I walked out with a payment that is 100.00 over my minimum payment. I could have spoken up but everything moved so fast I guess I didn't have time to think about it. This is going to put a damper in my wallet. Other than that I had a wonderful buying experience, everyone was so nice and helpful. I am happy with my purchase.

We spent about a week on this purchase with three visits to test drive cars. Our on line research and friends experience led us to know we wanted an Equinox to replace a 2003 Highlander. Luke was very helpful in the process. He assisted us with choosing the right engine and accessories. Luke set up the Blue Tooth connection for Cindy cell phone. All members of the staff were very courteous and patient with us. John enjoyed the negotiation process. We also own a 2009 Traverse that was purchased from Schmitt. We have a three year record of customer satisfaction with Schmitt.

just wanted to say that i stopped in to consider buying a new truck or slightly used. i asked for brian pettitt because i had stopped in a while back just browsing and brian approached us asking if he could help and liked his professionalism. even though i havn't bought a truck there yet, brian continues to persue one for me even though my credit rating makes it hard for him. he is persistent though and i really appreciate the effort he is putting in to try to get me a deal even if i feel like i may be holding him up. im a responsible person, have a good paying job, and got behind a couple years ago due to being laid off twice in a year and just starting to get my head above water again and i think brian realizes this and is willing to try hard for me. i would recommend him to anyone along with your dealership

I was satisfied with mostly everything, however I got there at 9:45 am to test drive and did not leave with my car until 3:30 pm. I am not sure what took them all day, which was somewhat frustrating. My husband and I reviewed lots of cars online and decided to visit Jeff Schmitt to see a Mazda 5 after seeing lots of pictures on the dealers site and this website. Chase greeted us and got us a test drive. The best thing is that he convinced us to take the car for a day long test drive. I didn't know you could even do that!! That really helped us try it out in our daily routine and helped us decide it was the vehicle for us! When we went to purchase Jesse was there in the evening hours after our work day and he was great in explaining every detail and answering my many questions. Great service from both fellas! I would definatly recommend this dealer; especially i appreciated the opportunity to take the car on a test drive the entire day. Chase and Jesse were very helpful during the entire process from test drive to finalizing the buy. Thanks guys!!

I came into Jeff Schmitt locked and loaded with...no knowledge of cars whatsoever really (other than what one can learn online), but knew that I was looking for something new. I've purchased used in the past almost exclusively, so the overall 'new car purchase' process seemed a bit intimidating. I was able to acquire assistance almost immediately after arriving on the lot from Jordan Misamore, who was great at understanding my background (or lack thereof) and what I was looking for, and was able to direct me towards a new 2013 Nissan Altima. I spent a bit of time test driving one and Jordan was able to address a lot of the other questions I had at the time. I did not make a purchase at the time, but am definitely planning on doing so upon my return trip sometime in the very near future. I was able to establish a very large comfort zone with this process as Jordan did a great job walking me through how things work, and I'll definitely be taking my business here.

I went to the Mazda store looking for a certified Altima because I didn't know there was a Nissan store. Reggie Jackson found us and took us across the street. He said he didn't know much about Nissans but we found him to be very knowledgeable and we were 3 women throwing questions at him. During buying process, he always had a smile on his face and kept everything light while we gave him. . . well, we were nice bc he was. And you know how they bring out the Manager; we we talked to Mario, Dan, a finance guy, a girl and they worked like a team to sell us a car. While we felt just a little pressure, all were really very nice and each left us with some piece of info that we didn't know. I ended up buying a new 2012 Altima, got a good deal and would have no qualms about doing it again at Jeff Schmitt. When you go, ask for Reggie Jackson, Mr. October.

I love this dealer! They were very helpful and generous people. Instantly made me feel comfortable to be around and felt as though they honestly cared about what car would be best for me! They got to know me a little, and then after they figured out my financial situation they brought a car to the front that was absolutely perfect! I loved it! It was affordable for me and it was the first and last car I had to look at! It's like they knew exactly what I was looking for and what would be perfect for me! Jordan was the person who helped me and he stood by our side through it all! If I had any questions or concerns they could answer them all. You could tell they definitely knew what they were talking about. I plan to keep the Jeff Schmitt license plate frame on there just so people know exactly where I got my car!
