I saw the vehicle that I purchased on the Internet. I traveled from Pickerington, Ohio to Fairborn to look at the vehicle; it was well worth the trip. My salesperson, Seth Green, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase of the 2007 Mercury Mountaineer from his company. His Manager, Charlie Bell, was also very accomadating. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends, family members and colleagues.

The dealership was extremely busy but that did not impact the entire process of buying a new car for me. August greeted us with a friendly smile and went out of his way to show me a number of different vehicles in every color and trim level that I was interested in and offer a very relaxed test drive which made the decision to buy the vehicle easy. Once we had negotiated a deal the rest of the financing and delivery process went very quickly. The total time in the dealership was very quick considering that we accomplished the whole process in just a couple of hours. We love our new Equinox and the Jeff Schmitt South team!

We looked at several cars which I could afford and he gave me his honest opinion on which he would choose for his own daughter. I was not expecting to sign for a car and take it home on the same day. David was very easy to talk to and I will send everyone I know who is looking for a car his way.

I found them on Autotrader. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but the drive was worth what I would be saving. I worked with Robert Terrill during my purchase, and to this day I am still getting friendly emails from him asking how things are and giving me service reminders. I can have my car serviced at any dealership which is nice. All in all I have had a great experience with this dealership.

That kid knew more about that car than I ever expected a sales person to know about any car. I can honestly say that he is the reason we purchased our Juke. His knowledge of what he was selling was amazing! Dealing with Wes in finance was a breeze as well. Came back the next day to have someone show me how to hook up the bluetooth, and Ryan was super helpful! I was very impressed with the service and very happy with our purchase!

He told us that he had a great experience with sales rep August DeSaro so I figured I'd give him a chance to earn my money. I was a little skeptical at first as my experience with sales people at other dealerships in the past had not been very favorable to say the least. Boy am I glad I came in... August was not only very patient and understanding of our situation but truly went the extra mile to find the right vehicle to suit our needs and budget. I am truly impressed by the attention to detail he gave to our requests and will continue to buy from him and Jeff Schmidt in the future. After getting all the paper work done he had the car washed and cleaned up for me as they also filled up the gas for me.. I HIGHLY recomend going to them as i will do the same thing in the future.. Luke patiently and accurately answered my numerous questions (this was my first experience ever buying a new car). I was able to check out multiple models on the lot and ended up zoning in on two cars in particular; Chevy Sonic hatchback and sedan. I was able to take both out for test drives and ultimately chose the sedan. I am in love with my new car! Jack Emrick, like Luke, was extremely patient in answering all of my finance questions and figuring out how much to put down to get specific monthly payments. I cannot count how many times I asked him to do this. Both Luke and Jack treated me like I was a priority and both displayed a strong knowledge of the Chevy models, comparisons with other makers, finances, etc. I never felt like I was pushed to make a decision and both gave honest, unbiased answers to my questions. I would highly recommend for people in the market for a car to check out Chevy Fairborn and these salesmen in particular. Look into Chevy....you get a lot more bang for your buck than other makers!

We went into the lot (NOT thinking of buying), to look at small suvs like the equinox or traverse. We had a growing family and we needed the room. But I wasn't ready to give up my pick-up. Seth then showed me a certified 2008 4 door Z71. They gave an offer on my pick-up I could not refuse, not to mention the unbeatable price on the 2008 truck. Seth was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had went over the whole vehicle and set up onstar and xm radio. He even allowed us to take the truck home over night to help us in our decision. When we brought the truck back we were sold. He then had the tank filled and the truck cleaned inside and out. This has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. Great Job! Thanks

Charlie Stevens was the salesman that approached me. He's definitely not your normal car salesman that pushes you to buy a car. He allowed me to take my time, answered any questions I had, gave me valuable information, and let me look around without him following me. I have been to many different car dealerships where I would be hounded by a salesman before I even stepped foot out of my car. They would then hound me and follow me around saying anything to get me to buy a car. I HATE THAT. I would definitely recommend Charlie Stevens and Jeff Schmitt Auto Group. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful. I got a fantastic deal, and I didn't feel pressured at all.

I am one of those buyer's that's not interested in adding anymore exspence to the bottom line of the purchase price of a new car but in this case Kelly was so knowledgeable of the advantage of adding a extended warranty and the Easycare program that Jeff schmitt offers. I was always the one that thought i would never use this crap. Well i have had my new Silverado for 4 months and already have lost a set of keys, Stopped by service with my Easycare card and in 30 minutes i had a new fob and key. If i had to pay it would of been $204.00. This is why they say use it once and it pays for itself. I'm a believer now, I have roadside assistance, dent coverage, key replacement, etch's glass and several other things that really make you feel as there's nothing that could go wrong that's not covered. As a satisfied costomer i will always be back to Jeff Schmitt for future purchases and sure hope Kelly can be the closer. We were given the space and time that we needed, and had asked for, in looking at used cars for our family. When we found the vehicle we were interested in, Tony Blair helped us. We test drove it, checked out the Carfax report, and sat down to make an offer! He worked with us and we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted in the price range we were comfortable with. Since we purchased the car, he always checks up on us, and sends birthday wishes! We would definitely recommend Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet and Tony Blair if you need help purchasing a car! We have less than stellar credit and weren't sure if we would be able to get a car loan. I had visisted one other dealership prior to my visit to Jeff Schmitt. I was approved at that dealership, but the amount of money required for a down payment was much more than I could afford. We decided to give Jeff Schmitt a shot. We were immediately welcomed by Robert, who we felt was very honest with us upfront regarding our credit situation. He took our information and got with the Finance Manager Kelley. Kelley was able to get us approved for the exact terms I was looking for, down payment and monthly payment. Robert and Kelley stayed late after closing to finish up all the paperwork with us. We are very appreciative of their help, and we love our new car!

He got back to me very quickly with some numbers. I decided to visit the dealership to look at some trucks in person. Robert put his lunch aside and spent the rest of his day helping me to find the Silverado with the options I wanted, at a price I could afford. He really went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealership a happy customer. We had been looking at pre-owned CTS' and just happened to be out in the area, so we stopped in to see what they had on the lot. Tom walked the lot with us explaining all the different features and functions that each car I touched had, and trust me I wandered from car to car to car. Unfortunately there were no pre-owned CTS's that interested me, and Tom was okay with that. He said that he would keep an eye out for what I was looking for and contact me when something came on the lot. Well as my husband and Tom were talking I started to wander and the rear hatch of a 2011 SRX was opened. The rear track system caught my attention and I asked Tom how it operated. He proceeded to show me how the track system works, and from there he went over many of the features that this vehicle has to offer; right down to the cup holder that can hold tall drinks or by flipping the switch hold a shorter cup. Tom attention to detail was terrific. He quickly figured out that I really did not care about MPG's or engine size, but it was the little things that got me excited about this vehicle. Again, the cup holders, the ability to extend the leg support on the driver side seat, the rear backing camera! I am happy to say we ended up buying a brand new SRX, and I LOVE it. Tom even had balloons and a big bow on the car when we came in to sign the paperwork. Overall, I was, and still am very thrilled with the treatment and follow up care that we have received from Tom and the rest of the staff at the dealership. I would recommend Tom Liptak and the Jeff Schmitt Auto family.

I had looked online to price various SUVs. The prices at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac were very competitive with the dealer that is closer to our home. Also, the inventory was great! We ended up purchasing a 2012 SRX instead of pre-owned. We decided to do this because of price, color, and a fantastic trade-in on my Highlander! Blain V. was not pushy! He explained, we decided. He was very personable and easy to talk with about various options. He kept in touch with us even when he wasn't at the dealership. Returning our calls was very important to us. We would recommend this dealership and feel it was worth driving 50mi. from the Mason area.

The time was still taken to go out in the rain , look at the cars. Drive the cars and do all of this with typical spring weather. I was there to get a key made with for my Eclipse. I was just looking around. I have been looking at different dealers, and all of the cars from Mitsubishi. I was really not going to buy one. I was made an offer and asked "what it would take to put me in that car" I drove. I told them what it would take. I got 2 of 3 and signed the deal. I choked on the purchase....just buying something new. But I am very happy and working on getting everything done for my first ever... brand new car. I have always driven used or bought used cars. Very good and friendly people to work with. Very positive experience.
